For online schools: not sign-ups, but payments
Webinar funnels, LMS automation, traffic, email and follow-up — the full lead generation loop for education businesses. We run an online school ourselves, so we don’t count “leads”, we count net profit after payment fees and tax.
THE FUNNEL STRUCTURE WE BUILD AND RUN INSIDE THE LMS
What we do
- Live and evergreen webinar funnels — landing page, registration, warm-up, the session itself, follow-up. Every step is measured.
- Traffic — paid search and paid social driving registrations, controlled on price and show-up rate, not just volume.
- The LMS, end to end — automations, segments, email, payment collection, integrations. Including untangling the mess in an account someone else left behind.
- Working the database — RFM segmentation, reactivating dormant students, upsells. The database is an asset that most schools leave idle.
- Email and follow-up — warm-up and closing sequences written per segment, not “everything to everyone”.
What a school sees in the report
| Metric | Source | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| Cost per registration | ad accounts + UTM | steering the traffic |
| Show-up rate | the LMS | quality of the warm-up |
| Registration → payment CR | LMS orders | quality of the offer and follow-up |
| Net profit | (revenue − payment fees) − tax | the truth about the launch |
The formula from our own school: net = (revenue − payment processing fee) × 0.88. No gross numbers dressed up as profit.
Review the current funnel
We walk the student’s path from the ad to the payment, take the numbers at every step and find where the most money is lost.
Fix the bottleneck
We fix the most expensive thing first: show-up rate, offer, follow-up or traffic. One iteration, one bottleneck, with a measurable before and after.
Put the system on autopilot
The funnel moves onto LMS automations and AI agents: email, segments and follow-ups run without manual work.
Scale the traffic
Once the economics add up, we add channels — with a weekly summary reported in net profit, not registrations.
Launches are happening, but the profit isn’t showing?
Send us the numbers from your last launch — we’ll show you where the funnel loses money and what to fix first.
