Store, marketplaces and ads — in one system
Usually one contractor runs the website, another the marketplace listings, a third the advertising, and the owner stitches it together in their spare time. We take the whole loop: content, channels, advertising and analytics down to net profit — with AI agents doing the routine inside it.
FIGURES FROM THREE OF OUR OWN AUDITS OF A COSMETICS DISTRIBUTOR, 2026
| A familiar situation | What is actually happening | What we do |
|---|---|---|
| “Ads are running, profit isn’t” | Revenue is counted, not profit: platform fees, refunds and tax are never deducted | End-to-end analytics down to net profit per channel |
| “Thousands of listings, no hands” | Descriptions and photos haven’t been touched in years; some items never sell at all | An agent rewrites listings in batches, a person spot-checks |
| “The site exists but nobody finds it” | Technical faults: dead links in the sitemap, slow loading | An SEO audit and a fix of the technical foundation |
| “I don’t know which channel pays” | The data sits in separate dashboards and never adds up | One dashboard: store, marketplaces, advertising, bank |
- Listings and content — copy, specifications, images and video for product pages. At scale, in one voice, checked by a human.
- Launching on marketplaces — setting up categories, listings and links to your stock system.
- Advertising — Yandex Direct and Avito for Russia, Google and Meta* for international markets, optimised on cost of sale.
- The store’s website — speed, technical foundation, landing pages per traffic segment.
- Analytics — from click to bank statement, with offline conversions sent back into the ad platforms.
*Meta is designated an extremist organisation in Russia and banned there; we run those campaigns for international markets only.
The team of agents behind it
The separate reviewer agent exists for exactly one reason: to remove the main fear — “what if the model makes something up”. A second AI checks the first, and anything doubtful goes to a person.
Audit of three points
We look at the site, the ad accounts and the marketplaces. Findings are converted straight into money lost per month — that becomes the budget for the project.
Pilot on one channel
We take the channel with the most money in it and put it in order. The first verifiable result lands around week five.
Expansion
The remaining channels and brands follow the same pattern. Each stage is paid separately and you can stop after any of them.
Ongoing mode
Agents work daily, a person verifies and reports. The owner watches one dashboard instead of five separate accounts.
In our last review we found up to ₽401,000 a month in reserve
That was a cosmetics distributor with two brands and accounts that looked perfectly tidy. Give us read-only access and we’ll work out your number in 48 hours.
