Consent to the processing of personal data

I, the data subject, acting of my own free will and in my own interest, by ticking the box “I consent to the processing of my personal data” and pressing the submit button on socode.ru, give my consent to Individual Entrepreneur Anton Igorevich Bogatushin (OGRNIP 321784700217652, INN 780507554542; the “Operator”) to process my personal data on the following terms.

1. Categories of personal data

Consent is given for the processing of the data I provide myself:

• surname and first name (or the name I go by);
• email address;
• telephone number;
• messenger handle;
• company name and website address — where I provide them voluntarily;
• the content of my enquiry and any details I describe in free form.

2. Purposes

• handling my request and contacting me using the details I provided;
• preparing and delivering the results of the express audit and a commercial proposal;
• entering into and performing a services contract;
• keeping an internal record of enquiries.

Consent to receive promotional and informational messages is given separately, by its own tick box, and is not a condition for my request to be handled.

3. Operations covered

Collection, recording, systematisation, accumulation, storage, updating (amendment, modification), retrieval, use, transfer (provision, access), anonymisation, blocking, deletion and destruction of personal data — with and without the use of automation.

4. Sharing with third parties

I agree that the Operator may instruct processors engaged to deliver its services (hosting providers, email services, analytics and accounting systems, payment services), provided they observe confidentiality and the requirements of No. 152-FZ. The Operator may not sell my personal data.

5. Duration and withdrawal

This consent takes effect when the form is submitted and lasts until the purposes are met or until it is withdrawn, and in any event no longer than 3 years from the last interaction.

I may withdraw this consent at any time by sending written notice to upsalesvideo@gmail.com with the subject line “Withdrawal of consent”. The Operator stops processing and destroys the data within 30 days of receiving the withdrawal, except where the law permits processing without consent.

6. Confirmations

• I confirm that I am 18 or over and have full legal capacity.
• I confirm that the data I provide is my own and accurate. I do not submit the personal data of third parties.
• I confirm that I have read the Policy on the processing of personal data and understand it.
• I confirm that this consent is given freely, of my own will and in my own interest.
